A: no, we are taking a year off from work – “Sabbatical” = working four years full time but getting only 80% of the salary (20% are put aside), taking the fifth year off, still getting 80% of the salary (4 x 20% of the previous 4 years), still employed, still having insurance, health, dental, etc. Have to go back to work after our big adventure!
